Editorial policy
Who writes for sahla, how we check every fact, and how we fix our mistakes.
Who writes: Nour Sahli
Nour Sahli is the pen name of the sahla editorial team. It signs our articles and guides. It isn’t one person: behind the name is the team that reads the texts, writes and checks.
The team follows everything that affects Algerian freelancers paid from abroad: Banque d’Algérie regulations and instructions, the Official Journal, finance laws, the help pages of Payoneer, Upwork, Fiverr, Deel and PayPal, and Algerian business news. Every Monday, a news watch lists what changed and flags the guides to update.
Nour Sahli isn’t a lawyer or a bank adviser. Our content explains the texts. It doesn’t replace advice from a lawyer or your bank on your own situation.
How we check
Every guide starts from the original text. Each claim points to its source, with the article and page for official texts. We host the Banque d’Algérie texts we cite on the site, so you can read them yourself.
Every guide is checked twice against its sources before it goes live, and again when a text changes. It shows the date it was last checked.
Articles only use facts already checked in our guides, with the same sources. They add examples, comparisons or a full walkthrough, never a new rule that hasn’t been checked.
When the texts don’t settle a point, we say so, and give the possible readings and the safest one.
Legal, grey area, illegal
We also explain the methods that circulate on social media, so you know what you risk. Each method carries a label: Legal, Grey area or Illegal. A grey-area method is never presented as an official or risk-free workaround.
The tools we use
We use AI tools for research, writing and translation. Nothing goes live until every fact has been checked against its primary source.
Independence
sahla handles no payments, holds no money and takes no commission from any platform it mentions. We don’t use affiliate links or sponsored content. No platform we mention has reviewed or paid for what we write about it.
