    New templates and sign-up lists

A “what you need” list for every legal or grey-zone tool, a Get started page, and templates that fill themselves in your browser: client kit and invoice, article 57 declaration, contract clauses, reminder, income ledger and tax calendar.

    Payment tool

PayPal: receiving confirmed for Algerian accounts

A PayPal account opened in Algeria can receive money if a Visa card is linked to it. Funds are held for 30 days at first and PayPal takes 4.9% plus a fixed fee. The money then has to come home to your currency account.

    Payment tool

Mostaql and Khamsat: bank withdrawals open to Algeria

Hsoub’s help centre lists Algeria among the countries where you can withdraw earnings to a bank account. Fees and minimums still need checking in your account.

sahla goes live: 31 guides in French and English

Every guide cites its texts with a link to the article and page, and shows the date it was checked.

    Alert

Fake “Instruction 08-2026” on the travel allowance

The Banque d’Algérie denied this text, which was circulating on social media: it issued no instruction under that number. Instruction 07-2026 remains the one in force.

  6. 23 July 2026
    New rule

120 days instead of 360 to get paid

Regulation 26-02 rewrites article 61 of Regulation 07-01: the client has at most 120 days after the service is delivered to pay (180 with export credit insurance), and the money must come home the day they pay. The limit used to be 360 days.

  7. 13 July 2026
    New rule

Travel allowance: paid onto an international card

Instruction 07-2026 replaces Instruction 05-2025. Still €750 per calendar year (€300 for ages 12 to 18), but paid onto an international payment card from 19 July 2026 instead of in cash. The dinar equivalent is due 7 working days before you leave.

  8. 24 July 2025
    New rule

    Crypto banned, with prison sentences

Law 25-10 bans buying, selling, holding or using crypto: two months to a year in prison and a fine of 200,000 to 1,000,000 DA, or either one.

We check official texts and payment tools every Monday. When a rule changes, the guide is updated and the change shows up here. Track the status of each payment tool
