Declaration, contract clauses and reminder: your texts, ready to paste
Fill in the job once. sahla writes the three texts you’ll need: the project description for your bank, the payment clauses for your contract, and the reminder if the client is late. Nothing is sent or saved.
1. The project description for your article 57 declaration
Hand it to your bank before the first invoice, or your earnings arrive in dinars (guide 7). Each bank has its own form: copy this information into it, or attach this text. The Banque d’Algérie text asks for at least the description, the unit price and the go-live date. Banks work in French, so the text is in French.
2. The payment clauses for your contract
Euro or dollar, SWIFT transfer to your currency account, 30 days, one invoice per delivery, shared charges, Payoneer only as a fallback, never crypto or a foreign account (guide 2).
3. The payment reminder · First reminder
The 120-day rule is leverage: after that, your bank converts the payment into dinars (guide 9). The first reminder stays friendly; the second points to the deadline.
3. The payment reminder · Firm reminder
Templates to adapt to your situation and read through before sending. Not legal advice.
